About
Judah Jamison Bauman
Judah grew up in Western Kansas, where he developed a passion and a love for horses at a young age. He started his first horse; Biscuit, at twelve years of age. At that point, he had a great opportunity to spend summers at Jamison Ranch; a horse and cattle operation in his hometown of Quinter. He continued to work there part time during school and full time after graduating high school.
After meeting his future wife, Amy, from Pennsylvania; he spent some time training horses there at various horse farms. After marrying, Judah and Amy spent their first years together in Quinter, KS; where Judah continued growing his abilities as a horse trainer at the Jamison Ranch. Working there was instrumental in growing his abilities as a horseman; with 100 broodmares and always plenty of horses to start and keep going for their yearly quarter horse production sale. He has also had the opportunity to work with and for a number of other accomplished horsemen throughout the years.
In 2013 Judah and Amy moved to Pennsylvania, at which point, Judah pursued his interest in auctioneering and began working for Hess Auction Group. He also enjoys the farming industry and has worked with a local farmer. He is a part of the ministry team of a local church. All of these have given opportunity to connect with and encourage other individuals in their life journey.
Judah and Amy, with their two boys, now reside near Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Judah, once again, works with horses and people fulltime and maintains a practical, simple and consistent approach to his horses in training; in order to build a solid foundation that won't crumble as they go back to work in their owner's programs. He also is passionate about sharing his knowledge about horses with others. His faith in God and love of family motivates his straightforward, honest approach in business.
